I just installed pi-hole on my RPi and noticed that my Arch system is calling home every other minute. I never noticed that before and I don't know why it would do it. Is there any way I can find out which address is called exactly and where it comes from?

1) Arch Linux ARM is not Arch Linux.
2) You've provided no useful information to even begin identifying any possible problem.
What is your setup? Is your "Arch system" another PC with actual Arch Linux or your RasPi?
In the first case, see @ugjka's post or provide a tcpdump.
In the latter case, ask on the Arch Linux ARM forums.

Sorry, I wasn't clear because I didn't know what to look for. My main machine has this issue. Regular 64bit arch install, pi-hole is on a different pi so this is probably the right place. Fired up wireshark and found out it's calling apollo.arachlinux.org. Some googleing found this link: https://forum.manjaro.org/t/random-conn … g/18536/17 but there is nothing in my /etc/networkmanager/networkmanager.conf.
I need to further investigate.

Did you read the entire thread that you linked to?
What's the output of
cat /usr/lib/NetworkManager/conf.d/*
macro_rules! yolo { { $($tokens:tt)* } => { unsafe { $($tokens)* } }; }

You found the likely cause of the error, but didn't look in the right place.
check /usr/lib/NetworkManager/conf.d/20-connectivity.conf .
For details see https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ne … nnectivity
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

Dude. Just because they both have *a* relationship with NetworkManager's connectivity check doesn't mean they themselves are related. Please do not randomly advertise your bugreport in completely unrelated areas.
