some strange dependencies

hi all. I use gnome but i need k3b. So i installed it but pacman given me some other strange KDE packages that i can't remove with pacman -R (it says me that it can't fount that package in database): These packages are, for example, akregator, kmail, knetattach, knode, korn, ksysguard....
How can i remove them and hol only k3b?

These are just apps not actual packages. You'll need to remove the packages that they belong to.

pacman -R kdebase kdepim

will remove the apps that you listed. I don't know how they were installed (did you do 'pacman -S kde'?) as they are not dependencies for k3b.
