Weird fonts in Firefox and Chromium

Hello,

Firefox and Chromium seem to render anything but English incorrectly as you can see in these screenshots, can someone help me with that ?

Looks more like you lack fonts w/ asian glyph sets.

What about tiny Arabic font in first picture ?
I have noticed that in youtube.com, Arabic font size is normal but the text is somehow inverted or messed up as you see here https://i.ibb.co/KWYVKKK/Screenshot-20190115-164543.png

Sorry, I don't do twitter (you better don't ask if you don't like swearing insults) but that doesn't look particularily small for a (is that a retweet?)
I also don't read arabian, so I cannot really say whether and what text in the second picture is off.
