Hello,
Ever since upgrading to kernel version 4.19, the system can freeze after a few hours. Running 4.18.16 doesn't have this problem, and I've tried 4.20, 4.19.15 (LTS), 4.19.12, 4.19.10, 4.19.9, and 4.19, and the system only stabalises on 4.18.16.
I've also installed the corresponding linux-firmware packages for each of these kernels (the latest available at the time of release), and installed the intel-ucode package, re-generating the GRUB file after install.
The system will freeze completely, with nothing in dmesg or journalctl, and there are other (spurious) errors created when trying the various kernels. This is a virtualised KVM instance.
Any ideas what I could do to troubleshoot this?

This seems to be resolved by upgrading to 5.0.5 (I haven't tried any of the intervening version 5 releases).
