[SOLVED] urxvtc -name not honoring Xresources

Hi,

When I launch a program in a new named window through urxvtc, .Xresource settings are not honored.

For example, when I run:

urxvtc -e ncmpcpp

I get a nice black terminal with my favourite font but

urxvtc -name ncmpcpp -e ncmpcpp

gives me a white terminal with an unreadable font.

I run i3 with LightDM and my settings are all in .profile, including

[[ -f ~/.Xresources ]] && xrdb ~/.Xresources

And here is the urxvt part of my .Xresources:

Why is this and how can I make urxvtc properly display a named terminal?

Nevermind. I finally understood the difference between

urxvt.font: xft:DejaVu Sans Mono:size=12

and

URxvt.font: xft:DejaVu Sans Mono:size=12
