Dual Boot - Audio speaker dont work at reboot on arch

Hello everyone. I'm not new to linux, but is the first time i changed to arch linux and i'm loving it.
I've got a strange little problem. I have dual boot UEFI with windows 10 (professional reasons), and when i reboot the computer from windoze do Arch Linux, my speaker (audio sound - alsa and pulse - cinnamon desktop), dosent work (sound) but my headphones jacked in it works (on arch). I unloaded the sound module and loaded again in kernel, i restore or/and restart alsa and pulse but the problem persists. The only solution by now was disabling fast boot on WINDOZE and i have to shutdown the laptop. Thats anoying because i do everithing in linux (hard core work), just use Windoze for the company.
Can anyone help me. I can post here the line commands output here but i really have no clue what the problem could be.
Thanks in advance everyone and sorry for the english wink

In the sound settings in cinnamon, can you see the speakers listed? If so, does the test sound button work?

The output of

pactl list sinks

might be useful.

That's a known issue with some UEFI firmwares not properly resetting their state. A proper fix would be applying an UEFI update and hoping the vendor fixed the issue. A potential stop gap measure would be to reset state on the linux side using

alsactl init #Needs alsa-utils

Yes agrewal, they are listed. I think the explanation of V1del is more ajusted to the problem. Ive been working on it and i really think is the uefi thats interfering with the hardware initialization on linux. My machine is a HP laptop with 15-cs0019np, the sound card is a Realtek ALC295. All is workin fine when i reboot, even the headphone «, just the speakers dont make any sound.
Ill keep working on it, and if i find a viable solution i will post it here.
Thanks
