[SOLVED]How to Uninstall GRUB and Install reFInd?

I currently have Windows and Arch Linux in dual boot using grub as bootloader on /sda1 EFI partition. Now how do i completely uninstall GRUB (from UEFI boot menu too) and install reFIned without damaging anything? Also, after this i want to install Andriod-x86 or similar like Bliss OS alongside Windows and Arch, will reFIned detect the OS automatically?

efibootmgr can remove EFI boot entries.  If refind auto detection does not find an OS see REFInd#Configuration.

Re: [SOLVED]How to Uninstall GRUB and Install reFInd?

I'm sorry, using efibootmgr but how....would be helpful if you could guide me through the whole process, i don't want to mess up something.

EDIT: OK i did some research so....
● Download reFInd : sudo pacman -Sy refind-efi
● Install reFInd : sudo refind-install
But i have confusion about how to uninstall GRUB completely afterwards? someone please help me.

Re: [SOLVED]How to Uninstall GRUB and Install reFInd?

See Efibootmgr#Deleting_a_boot_entry plus `man 8 efibootmgr`.

@loqs do i have to just remove GRUB package to delete it and afterwards remove the EFI boot entry using efibootmgr?

Re: [SOLVED]How to Uninstall GRUB and Install reFInd?

The grub package as managed by pacman does not track the files created by grub-install GRUB#Installation_2 /boot/grub and $ESP/EFI/GRUB/ would need to be removed manually.
Yes then afterwards you would use efibootmgr to remove the EFI boot entry.
