It means you tried to manually translate pacman's actual message from your own language to English rather than setting LC_ALL=C to generate output to share here. (this seems to have been mostly fixed in your edit.)

The actual message was notifying you that geoclue2 has been replaced by geoclue and prompts you to accept this change.  Accept it.

It was a package rename, likely because there are no users of geclue1 anymore and it was decided to rename the package. Everything is still as it should be. In general, if deliberate changes like these happen, you can usually trust pacman's default suggestion. If it's a deliberate change like here, the default is Y if it would be due to a conflict that could cause issues, the default choice would be N
