System language mis-match for Qt apps

I am facing small issue, that all Qt applications are fetching different system language.

This is happening when i try to install indic-fonts, fonts of Indian language.

my system has default as english, but all Qt apps are picking some random language.

Follow up question: can you read that mess, ie. is that actual indian in some indian font or just a random mess using indian glyphs?

Also "indic-fonts" is not a package, please point the actual stuff you installed.

Edit: please replace the oversized image w/ a thumbnail or ling (200x200 max)
