Plex Media Server permissions?

Hello, I have a been a newbie for a long time, and almost always find my answers on this forum, but for the first time I haven't

anyway, every time I start Plex Media Server (PMS) it ask me to claim the server, my guess is that the permissions were not correct in /var/lib/plex/ so it could not save  and or read the conf but I checked and they belong to plex:plex

Any ideas as what i might have to do next?

these are the permissions:

-rw------- 1 plex plex 1050 Feb 11 09:39  Preferences.xml
