PES Settings doesn't launch in Wine

I got this errors while I was trying to launch PES Settings:

at first, I had some other errors and fixed them by installing some packages like lib32-nvidia390xx-utils and lib32-pulseaudio. After installing them Now PES2017.exe launches prefect but I can't launch Settings.exe to configure it. Did I leave some required packages uninstalled?
