After one of updates, kde systemsettings5 stopped from working.
At first it was because it couldn't find library named 'libkhtml' or similar. I fount it in 'khtml' package.
After installing khtml in first run of systemsettings5 i'm got this error:
user@arch ~ % systemsettings5
file:///usr/share/kpackage/genericqml/org.kde.systemsettings.sidebar/contents/ui/main.qml:45:5: Type CategoriesPage unavailable

Then in reinstalled 'systemsettings' package using pacman -S systemsettings
and then got this error:
user@arch ~ % systemsettings5
kf5.kservice.sycoca: Parse error in "/home/user/.config/menus/applications-merged/xdg-desktop-menu-dummy.menu" , line 1 , col 1 : "unexpected end of file"

But now i'm just getting this error:

KCrash: Arguments: /usr/bin/systemsettings5

Did you try a reboot/re-connection to plasma after the updates ?

systemsettings5 crashes for lots of reason. If you get a crash with
kcmshell5 kcm_icons # the QML-based KCMs crash but some do still work, such as systemD
then look at hidden bug report
caused by a broken unmatched package from community repo . They blame it on the users, like when they put openRC packages up for download which immediately wrecked all systemD installations for good.
