Nokia USB Modem

Hi friends!
I have installed arch recently, And I was unable to connect internet through my phone.
My phone has a modem mode, that I can tether its connection to my PC. I need to connect my phone to PC and setup dialup connection to *99#
it worked on Windows and Ubuntu but I don't know how to setup on arch.
I have installed NetwrokManager, modemmanager and some other packages then enabled their service, It added network icon to tray but there's nothing to setup dialup.
nmcli says 'usbpn0 is unmanaged' and I don't know what this mean.
nmtui doesn't have dialup or broadband or any thing else.

Re: Nokia USB Modem

I have setted up wvdial and tried to use it, but still I can't get ping of google.
my configuration:

\[Dialer Defaults\]
Modem = /dev/ttyACM0
Phone = *99#

everything was successful with `sudo wvdial` just I got some warning about empty username password, after that I pinged google and it said couldn't resolve hostname.

Re: Nokia USB Modem

I have added a random username password and wvdial connected. actually it doesn't have any password and should connect without them.

mmdamin@mlz ~> sudo wvdial
--> WvDial: Internet dialer version 1.61
--> Initializing modem.
--> Sending: ATZ
OK
YS
--> Modem initialized.
--> Sending: ATDT*99#
--> Waiting for carrier.
?ATDT*99#
CONNECT
--> Carrier detected. Waiting for prompt.
~[7f]}#@!}!}!} }4}"}&} } } } }%}&LXhH}'}"}(}"C[1f]~
--> PPP negotiation detected.
--> Starting pppd at Wed Feb 20 15:49:10 2019
--> Pid of pppd: 7023

--> remote IP address 100.76.248.25
--> primary   DNS address 10.255.255.254
--> secondary DNS address 8.8.8.8

is there any way to connect using network manager? this is output of nmcli.

mmdamin@mlz ~> nmcli

mmdamin@mlz ~> nmcli device connect usbpn0
Error: Failed to add/activate new connection: Device class NMDeviceGeneric had no complete_connection method

mmdamin@mlz ~> nmcli device connect ttyACM0

there's nothing about this connection in my desktop environment and nmtui, only I get notification when I disconnect my phone.
