[Solved] MSI GS65 scandinavian keyboard problems

I have the laptop MSI GS65, and the key with "> < | \" does not work for me. The output of that key is the same as another " ' * ". I use the "no" (norway) for my keyboard. how can i fix this?
To make it clear this key is to the right of my spacebar instead of the left as it usually is.

Edit: no idea how i solved it.

First, use xev to find out about your keycode. Second, use xmodmap to map your wrong keys to the correct ones.

fwiw, i use a scandinavian keyboard (many actually) and this does not seem to be the standard.
and it's not usually to the left of the spacebar, but between Z and the left Shift key.
