This question is mainly for KDE users. I'm trying to configure a Device Action for KDE's Device Notifier. What I'd like to happen is when I insert a blu-ray disk in my drive, I'll get an option to play it with VLC. Currently, when I put in a blu-ray disc, I get 4 options - 'Open with File Manager', 'Download Photos with Gwenview', 'Copy with K3b', 'Download photos with digikam'. I'd like to add 'Open with VLC media player'.
I've tried setting it up via Settings > Removable Storage > Device Actions. So I created a new action 'Open with VLC media player' with the command 'vlc bluray://%d'. My problem is with the Parameters. I tried different values but none of them so far work. I think my best bet is to set up Property Match in Parameter type, Optical Disc for Device Type, but I regarding Value name, I currently choose 'Available Content' Equals Blu-Ray and that doesn't work.
Has anybody had any experience setting up Device Action for blu-ray disc or had success with any of the parameters?
