Swap priority is -2. -2 is not mentioned as a possible value

% swapon --show
NAME TYPE SIZE USED PRIO
/dev/sda4 partition 4G 1.8M -2
% man swapon | grep -A8 -e '-p'
       -p, --priority priority
Specify the priority of the swap device. pri‐
ority is a value between -1 and 32767. Higher
              numbers indicate higher priority. See
swapon(2) for a full description of swap prior‐
ities. Add pri=value to the option field of
/etc/fstab for use with swapon -a. When no
priority is defined, it defaults to -1.

What is the meaning of priority -2?
