You don't mount swap, just turn it on...
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Sw … _partition
Which bootloader are you planning to use? It may be better to mount your EFI partition as /mnt/boot instead.

I choose Syslinux

I choose Syslinux
syslinux is for booting linux by legacy bios from a fat32 disk.
you may use your efi firmware directly or systemd-boot or grub.
for swap, do
swapon /dev/sdb3or add it to your fstab.

syslinux does have partial UEFI support Arch_boot_process#Feature_comparison

I didn't know, thanks.
it's partial because:
UEFI Syslinux does not support
chainloading other EFI
applicationslast time I worked with syslinux I was child and I didn't know anything about UEFI (I had a PC with and old pentium and 512MB RAM, I used to use Windows XP)

What do you mean you miss the intel ucode? Did you install the package intel-ucode? If it was installed before you ran grub-mkconfig was it not detected?

Yes grub-mkconfig not detected the intel-ucode
