Dual monitor setup

Recently installed fresh Arch system on Dell Inspirion 15 7000, it runs both Intel and Nvidia GTX1050M.
I did configuring of xorg.conf, and managed to configure it such that I have one monitor running (it could be either one).
However, IRC people informed me that xorg guides are outdated and that file is unnecessary.
Xrandr ignores the HDMI connection, however, when I had xorg.conf it replaced DP-1 with HDMI-0.
I have enabled bumbleed for startup.

Previously on ubuntu, it worked more or less out of the box.

here is my Xorg log https://ptpb.pw/vbZY

current xrandr output:

Re: Dual monitor setup

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Bumblebee#Test

What is the output of the first 2 commands in that section ?

Sometimes *.conf files are still needed, do you have still have the file ?

install xf86-video-intel , then post

$ intel-virtual-output

$ optirun intel-virtual-output

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
