Slow Wi-Fi connection with kernel 5.0 on Intel 9260

After updating to kernel 5.0.0-arch1-1-ARCH, I'm only getting around 40 Mb/s down when I would get around 80-90 Mb/s on 4.20.

My Wi-Fi card is a Gigabyte GC-WB1733D-I which has an Intel 9260 chip.
lspci output:

Edit: Not sure what changed, but the issue has gone away now.
