GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT editing

Hello,

Just a quick question, I'd like to edit kernel parameters, as I have installed snapd.
In order to install snapd, I need AppArmor.
Arch Wiki says:
"To enable AppArmor as default security model on every boot, set the following kernel parameters:

apparmor=1 security=apparmor

"

Is this the correct way to edit this line? Or should they be separated? Thanks a lot smile

(...)
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet apparmor=1 security=apparmor"
(...)

Re: GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT editing

Hey, ad4ms3.

That's exactly how it's suppose to be done, each parameter has a space between them. You might want to have a look at this https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ … eters.html and this https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Kernel_parameters.

Cheers,
Regards
