After upgrading just now with an -Syu, I'm seeing very odd behavior from my various web browsers:
Vivaldi browser won't launch at all. (Not even from a terminal. The cursor just drops to the next line and stays there.)
Brave browser launches (a browser window opens) but won't connect to any sites.
$ brave-beta
User namespaces are not detected as enabled on your system, brave will run with the sandbox disabled
[6098:6098:0315/200925.204081:ERROR:sandbox_linux.cc(364)] InitializeSandbox() called with multiple threads in process gpu-process.
Opening in existing browser session.
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Firefox launches normally. But gave me this error when trying to post or preview this post:

If the problem persists please make sure that 'Base URL' is correctly set in Admin/Options and that you are visiting the forum by navigating to that URL. More information regarding the referrer check can be found in the FluxBB documentation.
(I'm having to use SeaMonkey to make this post.)
Opera gives me this message without opening a browser window:
$ $ opera-beta
[5831:5831:0315/200519.907978:ERROR:sandbox_linux.cc(364)] InitializeSandbox() called with multiple threads in process gpu-process.
Other apps are behaving oddly as well, but I thought I'd start with these.
[edit] Browsers weren't the only apps that were affected. I ended up downgrading as described here: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php … 2#p1837102

Hey, be nice...I'm new at this!

After uninstalling all of my gnome shell extensions, my browser behavior returned to normal. Haven't decided yet if it's worth restoring them one at a time to see which one(s) were causing the issue I was having.
