[SOLVED]Chrome download stuck at100% when trying to download big files

Does anyone have issues while downloading "big" files, larger than 100MB in Google-Chrome v73.0.3683.75?

The only solution for me is to downgrade to 72.0.3626.121. Otherwise, Chrome will stop at 100% and stays there forever.

I did try to restart all Chrome settings, remove all extensions. Re-login to google account. Nothing. Only downgrade is working.

EDIT:
Just tested stable Chromium and Chrome-dev same issue.

It looks like the fix will be merged in v74.
