bmpx don't want to work

I'm trying to make bmpx working, when I try to play a file, I get a dialog boxes who say that:

gstbasesrc.c(1569): gst_base_src_loop (): /pipeline_file/src:
streaming task paused, reason not-negotiated (-4)

Do you have Gstreamer "bad" installed? Or GnomeVFS, which should work as well.
