CodeBlocks crashed when copy&paste

When inserting random text (or replacing part of the text in the cpp file), the codeblocks crashes. At the same time, a similar bug in ubuntu is not observed, only on archlinux.
Build with gtk2 treats the problem, but the interface looks worse and sometimes buggy. How to fix this problem with gtk3?
DE - xfce4, if it matters

I've been experiencing the same issue on fxce4 since i have installed code blocks from the main repositories it seems to be an intermittent issue sometimes it crashes sometimes it doesn't i haven't really been able to track sown specific input that makes it crash but i think it might be an encoding or formatting problem.
