I'm having trouble to access internet throught wifi. So, the thing is wifi-menu finds the network name defined in the router settings, but when I press Enter I get the following error message:
Job for netctl@wlp3s0\x2dNET\x2dRSP.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status "netctl@wlp3s0\\x2dNET\\x2dRSP.service"" and "journalctl -xe" for details. Here the output of "systemctl status "netctl@wlp3s0\\x2dNET\\x2dRSP.service"":

The interface seems to be activated when you attempt to wifi-menu on it, output of

Disable the NetworkManager & dhcpcd services, they are conflicting with netctl.
Or disable dhcpcd.service and use NetworkManager instead of netctl.

I tried that:
systemctl disable dhcpcd.service
systemctl disable NetworkManager.serviceThen i tried "netctl start wlp3s0-net-rsp" but I've got the same problem.

Disable all network-related services and connect manually.

Merely disabling the service w/o a reboot does not stop it…

Thank!
Now is kind of working. The thing is I type:
[rob@archrob ~]$ systemctl list-unit-files --state=enabled
UNIT FILE STATE
autovt@.service enabled
getty@.service enabled
remote-fs.target enabled
3 unit files listed. Now everytime I restart the system I have to type "wifi-menu" and choose my network.

That's covered in the wiki.
