Wireless not work

Hi all, I install Arch on my Jumper EzBook 3S, i'm not newbie on arch but i have a problem that i can't resolve:
My networking work with ethernet and with USB tethering but wireless have problems. I thought that problem was driver of my Realtek RTL8723B but i install different driver and the results are the same: Arch discover all networks near me but it not connect to anyone. I tried with wireless network without password, i tried to install wicd instead of Network Manager, i tried with wifi-menu, nmtui, wpa_supplicant, netctl and other but it's the same. I' ve notice that crda output is

 COUNTRY environment variable not set.

I set country with "iw reg set IT" so :

 $ iw reg get

Connect manually and paste the exact error messages at the step that fails.

Did you run wpa_supplicant as regular user or as root/sudo?
