How to set up lightDM Keyboard Layout ?

I started this post as a question about lightdm-slick-greeter but I try out different greeter and I always have the same problem :

I don't know how to change the Keyboard layout using by Lightdm. Each time a greeter have an icon to change the language there is only one choice : us layout.
My tty and my DE (cinnamon) are configure to use french keyboard (fr layout)

Does anyone know the solution to this problem ?
