I'm having problems with my download speed in arch. Other computers in the house are getting 100+ Mb/s and when boot a live usb of Ubuntu my computer gets it as well, but on arch I am only getting 30 Mb/s. I assume this is a driver problem. I looked my motherboards manufacturers website and only found windows drivers. (https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA … support-dl). So where do I get the correct drivers? I'm fairly new to linux and haven't encountered this problem before.

Most of drivers are builtin im kernel; As you said it's prefect on ubuntu.
This is a misconfiguration on your system, or you are using something like firewall, proxy or speed limiter.
I suggest you install 'pacman -S networkmanager' then let it setup your network automaticy 'systemctl start NetworkManager'.
for autostart on bootup run 'systemctl enable NetworkManager'.

I did what you said, but it hasn't made a difference. Are there any common things I could check for? (I don't really know how to test the things you mentioned, but I also don't think I've enable any of those 3)

Thanks sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_ecn=0 seems to have fixed it for the most part. Depending on which speed testing service I use I get between 80-110Mb/s

Please provide some basic information about the network setup, wifi or RJ45, hardware and used module (likely "lspci -v") and details about the connection (ethtool for RJ45, iw info/iw link for wifi)
@ugjka, that it's supposed to be reverted and should™ not affect current versions of systemd.
Edit:
@Mancer, what's the output of "pacman -Qi systemd" and "sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_ecn" w/o any action from your side?

The solution to change sysctl was brilliant. This instantly fixed my slow connection times as evident in my minor testing. ping -c 6 archlinux.org
my exact input:
sudo sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_ecn=0
