I'm trying to run a backup and I get the message:
BackendException: PyDrive backend requires PyDrive installation. Please read the manpage for setup details.
Exception: No module named httplib2When running:
duplicity /origin_dir/ gdocs://blablabla@gmail.com/backupfolder
Even though I tried both installing httplib2 from pip3 and from the aur packages....
Any suggestions?

Where do you get that gdocs URL from? Is this KDE/Plasma ? KDE's KIO slaves are only implemented and properly compatible for software providing explicit support, which mostly includes every KDE application and excludes anything else.

Many online manuals and the man pages:
https://linux.die.net/man/1/duplicity
It's pure console, no DE involved here
The credentials have been loaded as an env variable....

Figured it out: Just installed all the dependencies by hand: Launching the duplicity command with -v8 at the end, you get detailed info of the missing module: install it, rinse and repeat and eventually, you'll be able to run the command.
Now, I can't figure out how to backup to google Teams drive....
