I just installed Arch with budgie-desktop in my VBox and it seems to work nicely when I boot it. But, when I want to run the Terminal, it doesn't open. Not a single window, not a single icon at the task bar. Then I installed sakura terminal at the Arch Linux without the GUI (I actually don't know how is it called, but it's that black screen with the [root@archiso~]# ). Then I rebooted, and it was working as I expected.
Well, when I type
gnome-terminal
at the sakura terminal, it outputs this:
# Locale not supported by C library.
# Using the fallback 'C' locale.
# _g_io_module_get_default: Found default implementation gvfs (GDaemonVfs) for ‘gio-vfs’
# Error constructing proxy for org.gnome.Terminal:/org/gnome/Terminal/Factory0: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.gnome.Terminal: Timeout was reached
What should I do to get my gnome-terminal working?

Perhaps you missed a step in the locale section of the install guide. What's the content of your /etc/locale.conf?

Well, it has my language configuration:
LANG=en_US.UTF-8

Please post the output of
localectl

This is a common problem when the locale isnt set up properly.
