Connection refused for .gnupg/log-socket

Hi all,

I see "Connection refused" for .gnupg/log-socket every time I use "pass". E.g.:

$ pass edit Forums/archlinux.org
can't connect to 'socket:///home/user/.gnupg/log-socket': Connection refused

My gpg-agent.conf looks like this:

###+++--- GPGConf ---+++###
debug-level basic
log-file socket:///home/user/.gnupg/log-socket
###+++--- GPGConf ---+++### Tue 26 Mar 2019 05:53:39 PM CET
# GPGConf edited this configuration file.
# It will disable options before this marked block, but it will
# never change anything below these lines.

I don't remember touching the permissions neither of log-socket file nor of .gnupg folder.
Any ideas what's wrong?
