Running the latest firefox 63.0-1 i don't get any sound from SOME youtube video. I don't know what this started but i guess after some update.
For example this video as no sound https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ucjn6HCd2zI
I tried switching the video quality and with a fresh firefox profile. No problem with Chromium and vivaldi.

That's interesting, because firefox audio was one of the things I was concerned about with my new install, since I don't have pulseaudio installed, but in my case the audio works fine. I haven't done any particular audio configuration.
Are you running pulseaudio, and have you tried restarting it? Or if you're running alsa, do you have an .asoundrc?

Sorry, i forgot to put "SOME" in "front" of video. Some video is missing the audio.

And I should have stated that your example video has audio on my system. : )

And you surely doublechecked that you didn't mute the video and/or the pulse sink? What's the output of
pacmd list-sinks
pacmd list-sink-inputs
during this not working situation.

I can confirm that the same bug now occurs for my Firefox after updating last week, including with the video link posted above.
Anyone have an idea as to what might be happening? It's just Firefox on my system, as Chromium plays the sound fine as well as mplayer for a downloaded video.

I had the same issue with a 5.1 soundcard and solved it by changing the audio profile to output:analog-stereo+input:analog-stereo: Analog Stereo Duplex.
You can lookup your current profile with:
pacmd list-cards | grep 'active profile'
