[SOLVED] Dell Inspiron 5565: DPMS related hangs

I have an issue about few months. My Dell Inspiron 5565 laptop sometimes (very often) hangs while suspended or on turning screen off. Image becomes frozen, I hear that cooler start spinning with full power, and input takes no effect (I can not kill Xorg or switch to TTY). If some sound was played, it continue in loop. Sometimes I even can ping my machine.  I can definitely catch hanging with about 10 executions of command:

$ xset dpms force off

With journalctl I found only one string that may relate to issue (it appears sometimes while executing command from above):

Apr 20 13:19:21 anton-laptop kernel: [drm:dce110_vblank_set [amdgpu]] *ERROR* Failed to get VBLANK!

So, for now I just disabled DPMS in the way, described on wiki.
