MSI PS63, USB Ports Stop Working After Suspend

The laptop has 3 USB3 Type-A ports, 1 on the left side and 2 on the right side. After returning from suspending to RAM, the USB ports on the right stops working (the one on the left still works).
I tested this with a mouse and after suspending lsusb did not report the mouse any more.

I've tried appending kernel parameter usbcore.autoresume=-1 and disabling USB legacy support from BIOS, but no luck. Some people said that enabling USB3 wake up option from the BIOS solved the issue, but my BIOS doesn't have such option.

System information:

Linux resp 5.0.8-arch1-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Apr 17 14:56:15 UTC 2019 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I noticed something in dmesg output, though. These are the outputs:

Re: MSI PS63, USB Ports Stop Working After Suspend

Good! I have something similar: I think all of my USB sometimes won't come to live after my laptop suspension. I'll check if the other side's one works, but its annoying: several times I have to reboot my laptop to have the usb ports working again. Some command that can "revive" them would help also... ;-)
