Cannot recognize X1 Carbon's RTS525A SD card reader

I'm using X1 Carbon gen4 and the SD card reader is well functioning under a dua boot Windows, but doesn't show with `lsblk`.

lspci shows

02:00.0 Unassigned class [ff00]: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTS525A PCI Express Card Reader (rev 01)

hwinfo shows

There's message with `dmesg`

[ 2.394250] mmc0: error -110 whilst initialising SD card

There are some discussion on the internet about similiar issue, and it seems that it's a missing driver in kernel.
e.g.
https://forum.manjaro.org/t/laptop-not- … ader/54800

However, both current kernel 5.0.9 and lts 4.19.37 fail to recognize the SD card.

In Wiki it claims X1C gen4's micro SD card reader is supported. But there's no further information.

Any idea what else I can try?

Re: Cannot recognize X1 Carbon's RTS525A SD card reader

Tested with another SD card with smaller volume and it works...
It seems that 400G SD card is not supported.
