Font change on orphan removal

I am running Arch with Cinnamon and I am trying to remove orphan file using

sudo pacman -Rns $(pacman -Qtdq)

However, when I do so, the font of my cinnamon menu, my browser (chromium) and some other applications suddenly change (but some, like nemo, still keep their normal font).
The font I use and have specified in the system settings is still installed, so I am not sure what causes this issue.

The output of "sudo pacman -Qtdq" s the following:

auto-auto-complete
clangi
cmake
cython
fftw
general-preprocessor
gn
gnome-settings-daemon
gperf
intltool
libgamma
lld
ninja
pkgfile
python2-sphinx
quilt
termite-terminfo
vala
w3m
xbitmaps
yasm
zip

Any ideas on what package causes this issue? How can I troubleshoot this?

Re: Font change on orphan removal

You are using recursive removal. Please provide the output of the complete removal command, especially the actual list of to be removed packages.
