Second monitor not waking up [Dell XPS 9560]

I am currently running a Dell XPS 9560 15" with two external 27" 1440p monitors. I have the in-built monitor disabled via KScreen and I am only using the external monitors. Both monitors upon boot work absolutely fine until the laptop goes to sleep.

When I wake the laptop up only the left monitor ever turns back on. The only way I have found to get the right monitor to turn on is to fully shutdown the PC and turn it back on. I have found doing a restart isn't even enough and leaves the monitor blank.

I have searched through the forums but haven't been able to find a case identical to mine and would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction!

post lspci -k please, also xrandr -q before going to sleep and after waking up.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?

One thing I also discovered is that I can get the right monitor to turn back on by changing the refresh rate in my KDE System Settings from 74.99 to 59.95 and back again neutral
