Hello, I am trying to install Arch on my DELL E7240. I can not use Ethernet cabel, so I am trying to connect with Wi-Fi, but command wifi-menu does not work. I got error:
"scanning for networks... You need to install 'wpa_supplicant'
failed
No networks found"
What can I do in this situation?

How are you trying to install Arch? The installation media already has wpa_supplicant installed.

I made bootable USB with Rufus. I switched on laptop into boot menu and I chose pendrive I made before. "wifi-menu" was the first command I typed.

Does it, though?

So the short term solution would be to use the April image.

Thanks! I just have installed Arch using Ethernet cable, but now I have problem with Wi-Fi setup. Is there any Network Manager?

Okay. I enabled networkmanager services and everything seems good. So with updated iso there should not be any problems next time?

Correct, this should be a one-off error that I suspect will even be fixed for a new May iso soon.
Keep in mind, too, the note in the installation guide: while the iso has (or is supposed to have) all the tools necessary for wireless networking, a base install does not. So it is expected that you need to install wpa_supplicant and any other wireless tools you will need explicitly. This can be done by adding it to the pacstrap line during the initial install, or if you wait until you reboot into your new system, you'd then still need a wired connection to install those tools.

I have some issues, so I decided to install Arch once again. This time I was installing Arch being connected to network by wire and after installation I just enabled NetworkManager.service and everything works perfect now

Yeah, networkmanager then enable it.
Installing and enabling a DE should solve these all at once.

And cutting off one's arm should prevent hang-nails. But that doesn't mean it's a good idea.
