[qemu] 4.0 breaks keyboard input in linux guests with xserver

In a linux guest within X, pressing and holding a key for a short time causes  the key to be triggered endlessly. The release of the key gets ignored.
More details in my bug report: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/62541

Is there anyone else with this problem? Qemu was updated nearly two weeks ago and no one has noticed that yet??

Re: [qemu] 4.0 breaks keyboard input in linux guests with xserver

Really no one?
Can some of you please report even if you are not affected by this bug? Or are there some volunteers who do not run graphical linux guests can just try out this command and report back please:
$qemu-system-x86_64 -enable-kvm -m 512 -net none -boot d -cdrom slitaz-rolling.iso
(Link to linux live cd (43mb): http://mirror.slitaz.org/iso/rolling/slitaz-rolling.iso)

I've ruled out pretty much every cause related to my system. So it would really baffle me if others where not affected by this bug!
Thanks in advance.

Btw: I've also opened a bug report on the qemu bug tracker: https://bugs.launchpad.net/qemu/+bug/1828272
