I installed Manjaro via a bootable USB drive on an external SSD. Now my EFI Arch installation won't boot. If I boot from the Manjaro USB drive and select "Detect EFI bootloaders" I can select my bootloader (hd1,gpt1)/efi/grub_uefi/grubx64.efi and boot into my system.
I added the bootloader manually in the BIOS (by pointing it to /efi/grub_uefi/grubx64.efi), but that does not successfully boot.
My partition layout:

I installed Manjaro
Sounds like this question may belong on another place on the internet.
After running sudo mount /dev/sda1 /efi
What is /efi? Did you modify your rootfs?
All the best,

This looks unpleasant
Found valid GPT with protective MBR; using GPT.Had there been an MBR prior to installing the Other OS?
It smells like Manjaro screwed with your boot partition. You may need to rebuild it and reinstall your boot loader.

I not use to grub so maybe I saying nonsenses.
But I see weird that EFI partition hasn't mount point ¿What grub_efi/grubx64.efi run and how does its search?
Edit:
Sorry my english:
What does grub_efi/grubx64.efi runs and how does grubx64.efi its search (for what it runs)?

Well I'm running Arch, not Manjaro.
After running sudo mount /dev/sda1 /efi
What is /efi? Did you modify your rootfs?
Not to my knowledge.
# bootctl status
Couldn't find EFI system partition. It is recommended to mount it to /boot or /efi.That is why I created an /efi directory and mounted /dev/sda1 to it.
Had there been an MBR prior to installing the Other OS?

The drive Arch is installed on (sda) is using GPT.
How would I go about this? Just reinstalling GRUB?
But I see weird that EFI partition hasn't mount point
I am also confused by that. I remember I had some problems when I installed Arch because I wanted to have full disk encryption and EFI, so I followed a guide online, but I can not find it anymore.
¿What grub_efi/grubx64.efi run and how does its search?
Sorry, I don't understand what you mean by that?

If you repeat GRUB#Installation_2 is a firmware entry then created for grub?

Yes, that did it. Thank you!
What I did:
mount /dev/sda1 /efi
grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/efi --bootloader-id=GRUBOffline
