External HDMI sound output device not showing.

When I connected my Arch Linux laptop on the television for the first time it didn't reproduce any sound from the HDMI output. Then I tried to find some configuration that allows me to change the default output device to the television one, just like Windows, but I didn't find anything. I'm running KDE. Is anyone that knows how to fix it could help me?

If you are using pulse, what are the outputs of

pacmd list-cards
pacmd list-sinks
aplay -lL
dmesg | grep snd

in [ code ] tags.

Which instructions did you follow to install Arch Linux?
