I have been playing with the xfce4-devel packages and decided to host them on repo-ck.com if others would like to try them as well.
1) Add my key (see this thread)
2) Add the repo to /etc/pacman.conf which can go under [community]:
...
[xfce4-devel]
Server = http://repo-ck.com/$repo
3) Install by group xfce4-devel:
# pacman -S xfce4-devel
:: There are 13 members in group xfce4-devel:
:: Repository xfce4-devel
1) exo-devel 2) garcon-devel 3) libxfce4ui-devel 4) thunar-devel 5) tumbler-devel 6) xfce4-appfinder-devel 7) xfce4-panel-devel
8) xfce4-power-manager-devel 9) xfce4-session-devel 10) xfce4-settings-devel 11) xfconf-devel 12) xfdesktop-devel 13) xfwm4-devel
I also have a few in the xfce4-goodies-devel as well (I am happy to add more upon request):
# pacman -S xfce4-goodies-devel
:: There are 9 members in group xfce4-goodies-devel:
:: Repository xfce4-devel
1) thunar-volman-devel 2) xfce4-clipman-plugin-devel 3) xfce4-cpugraph-plugin-devel 4) xfce4-notes-plugin-devel 5) xfce4-notifyd-devel
6) xfce4-panel-profiles 7) xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin 8) xfce4-weather-plugin-devel 9) xfce4-xkb-plugin-devel
Please reply in this thread with any issues/concerns, etc.
For reference, the PKGBUILDs/files I use to build these are hosted on github:
Modified AUR packages (until twa002 can sync the AUR ones up) are here: https://github.com/graysky2/xfce4-devel
Modified official Arch packages are here: https://github.com/graysky2/xfce4-devel-repos

Added another package in xfce4-goodies-devel: xfce4-cpugraph-plugin-devel if you want to add that to the repo.
Also maybe xfce4-screensaver? (You might modify the PKGBUILD to add xfce4-devel group before building and adding)

@twa022 - Thanks, will get them added. Do you think you can convert your readme.install that checks for things linked against libxfconf-0.so.2.so into a pacman hook? The rationale for this is that the check should occur after all packages are installed so as not to throw false positive warnings.

I have temporarily removed the packages due to breakage. Working with @twa022 to remedy. Stay tuned.

Updated xfconf-devel package to run the check for packages linked against libxfconf.so.2 to a pacman hook.

@twa002 - I haven't been able to get in touch with you re: AUR packages. I think I modified them to finally build properly in a clean-chroot without pulling down the deps from [extra] (ie using the correct "devel" versions). Please see this patch you should be able to apply directly to these. You will need to bump the pkgver variables accordingly: https://github.com/graysky2/xfce4-devel/commits/master

It seems the official packages are supply many of the "devel" versions now. I will discontinue.
