I have a laptop which has both intel cpu and gpu
CPU Intel i3-6006U
GPU: Intel Skylake GT2 how can I see if my GPU idle or currently working? And which way to run application directly with GPU?
When I used laptop with intel's cpu and nvidia's gpu I used bumblebee, optirun chromium in order to run chromium with GPU, and switched GPU with
tee /proc/acpi/bbswitch <<<ON What is the options for intel's gpu?

Well it's the GPU, if you run anything that requests to run on the GPU it will run on the GPU. The reason you had to do the raindance on another laptop is because the system defaults to using the intel gpu, and you'd only have to add the added power of the nvidia gpu by redirecting a few things via optirun, if that's not a situation you're in you don't have to actively do anything.
As for general monitoring, I'd expect intel-gpu-tools to have some tools here, likely intel_gpu_top is probably interesting.
