Hey,
I am currently running Arch with i3 and all is working fine, unless that when I go to alsamixer I go tht audio output and the audio input. But unfortunately I can't mute the microphone. Can you help me please?

Hi!
How are you attempting to mute your mic?
Besides pressing "M" while on the "Mic" meter, have you tried pressing UP or DOWN on the columns that say "Mic Mute" and "Auto Mute" to see if you can disable the auto mute and enforce your settings?
Last, seeing as you are using Pulseaudio, try the tool Pulseaudio Volume Control (pavucontrol), it should allow you to mute or disable your microphone.

Hey,
The problem is that every time I enter the pulseaudio now it appears me "Card: PulseAudio Chip: PulseAudio" and before it was appearing the "HDMI sound card" as default. I have an microphone muter key with an LED indicator, and it was working before and showing whenever the microphone was mute. I tried muting with pavucontrol and it didnt light up the LED.
Thanks,
