The problem with the installation. Lenovo

Hello! I recently started installing this OS and got an error when executing the pacman commands:

After that, I restarted the computer and when I run the installer from the USB flash drive, it starts up. After successful actions, the console rises again and nothing happens. I can execute commands, but I don’t see them

System: uefi, put arch x64
