Second Monitor will not activate if turned off during boot.

Hi,

I am using 1080ti and two monitors connected via display port, the problem is that If I have one monitor turned off during boot it won't automatically activate if I turn it on after the system is booted.

Both displays are detected by the system but in order to make the second one work after boot, I need to manually open nvidia-settings got to x server display configuration and enable the second monitor via layout settings. How to automate this process?

Install "something" that reacts to hotplug events, just on a quick search the wiki suggests https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Xr … _autorandr however there are 1000+1 utilities for this.
