Sony Vaio Lock Button Leds Problem

Hello,

When I first boot the system all the leds of the lock buttons (Numlock, Caps Lock and Scroll Lock) are off and doesn't turn on. However after resuming from hibernation all of the leds are on and now they can't be turned off. Leds are working fine when using various bootable usb's like gparted. Is this fixable?
