Boot stuck at - [OK] Reached Target Graphical Interface

I'm currently running my first install of Arch on my laptop. I was getting some screen tearing issues when watching videos, and I remembered reading this could be caused by Intel drivers.

Reading the wiki, I installed Mesa, and lib32-Mesa, and then Vulcan aswell. I made a Xorg config file for Intel, and then restarted my laptop.

It now boots, freezing once it reaches Reached Target Graphical Interface. I've looked online, and I've seen plenty of other cases, however I couldn't find any related to Intel drivers. There was one case with nvidia drivers, but the solution wasn't transferable for my case.  All I've actually tried, is adding Option "NoAccel" "true" to my config file, to see if that helps, however it's not changed anything. I wanted to uninstall mesa and lib32-mesa, but unless I used -Rncs, it wouldn't work as there were dependencies. If I did use -Rncs, it would remove far more things than I want, as opposed to only the things installed alongside Mesa.

Any suggestions or advice would be very helpful! I do have access to Alt+Ctrl+F2, so I can access console. I'm writing this from my phone however, so I'm not sure how I'd be able to share any logs or information, without writing it all by hand. Any suggestions in that regard would also be very helpful!

I'm very inexperienced with arch, and linux in general as this has been my first foray into linux, but I believe the issue could perhaps be because I have integrated Intel graphics, as well as an external Nvidia GPU. I didn't think it would be an issue yet, as I've not even tried to start configuring the drivers for the Nvidia card, but I'm absolutely not knowledgable enough to rule anything out myself.

Have you looked at any of the many threads here about this issue?
