I have connected AirPods through bluetoothctl, but couldn't get it to sound.
I have changed the output device to AirPods from pavucontrol and changed to the profile A2DP, still no sound.
Here is some information about the devices (with pulseaudio)

Have anyone experienced similar issues? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

You have a relatively low 37% volume configured, is this not just too little? FWIW one thing you can try is installing e.g. https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/puls … les-bt-git which expands on the codec support of the pulse bluez modules. Also (I don't use airpods so no idea if this applies) ensure that it isn't muted in hardware via some switch or so.
