Failing Again. It had been working this morning, then some invisible hand flipped a switch. No upgrades to any system libraries -- it worked on one invocation, failed the next and all subsequent invocations. Even tried rebooting.

I had the same problem. But the problem disappeared when I disabled IPv6 in my modem/gateway/router so it only use IPv4 for Internet (Local IPv6 is still enabled)

I had a hard drive failure requiring a reinstall. Cannot replicate on the new install. And, my system does have an IPv6 address.
